Blueberry Walnut Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1/2 cup blueberries

  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. In a jar, combine oats, almond milk, chia seeds, and vanilla extract.

  2. Stir well, then layer with blueberries and walnuts.

  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  4. Enjoy in the morning, cold or warmed up.
